What To Expect
We are so honored and excited to welcome you to L.A. and celebrate our union together. We know you may have a few questions, so here’s a detailed look at our wedding weekend to help you plan ahead and fully enjoy the festivities.
We are kindly asking you to please read carefully and thoroughly!
Friday, March 20
The Pre-Game (Happy Hour)
The bride and groom will be hosting a very casual, very laid-back welcome happy hour to kick off the weekend and “Drink And Tell Lies” (a movement started by our dear friend, Juwan!) This event is completely optional, but we’d absolutely love to see you if you can stop by.
Time: 4:00–7:00 PM
Location: All Seasons Brewing Co. / 800 S La Brea Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90036
No dress code, just vibes. Come mix, mingle, and say hello ahead of the big day. You are welcome to come and go as you please!
Saturday, March 21 / Wedding Day!

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM
Dress Code: Our celebration is Garden Party Formal, set amidst the beauty of Spring. We invite you to dress elegantly while embracing the gorgeous colors of the season. Be sure to bring a light sweater or jacket, as California tends to become chilly in the evening.
Women: Flowing long dresses or formal cocktail attire in vibrant, romantic spring hues. Feel free to lean into color, texture, whatever makes you feel beautiful. (But of course, no white dresses please.)
Men: Dress shoes (no sneakers, please) with suits or other formal attire.
Transportation & Shuttle Information (Please read carefully and thoroughly!)
Complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the wedding for our guests who selected the shuttle option with their RSVP.
Shuttle Pick-Up Location:
Loews Hollywood Hotel
1755 N Highland Ave
Los Angeles, CA 90028
Trip Time: Approximately 45 minutes
Pick-Up Time: 2:30 PM
Estimated Drop Off Time: 11:00 PM
The shuttle will pick up from and return to the Loews Hollywood Hotel ONLY. There will be no shuttle pick up from any other hotels.
If you choose not to use the shuttle, or if you miss the shuttle, arranging your own transportation to and from the wedding will be your responsibility.
Ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) are available, and car rentals are also an option if you’d like flexibility during your stay!
Complimentary valet parking will be available at the venue for guests who choose to drive themselves.
A friendly (but very real) LA reminder:
Much like Atlanta, LA traffic is famously unpredictable. Please plan to arrive at the Loews Hollywood Hotel 20–25 minutes early to allow for traffic, ride-share wait times, parking, outfit emergencies, etc. (As a rule of thumb, we always add at least 15 minutes to whatever ETA the GPS says.) The shuttle will be leaving right on time and unfortunately cannot wait for late arrivals—so build in a buffer, arrive early, and keep the vibes stress-free.
Again, if you miss the shuttle, arranging your own transportation to the wedding will be your responsibility. (said with love and gratitude!)
